{"id":993,"date":"2024-07-13T10:06:38","date_gmt":"2024-07-13T10:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/focus.creativemindz.co.za\/?p=993"},"modified":"2024-07-13T10:06:39","modified_gmt":"2024-07-13T10:06:39","slug":"afrimat-mining-services-peak-quarry-in-cape-town-has-a-vacancy-for","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/focus.creativemindz.co.za\/index.php\/2024\/07\/13\/afrimat-mining-services-peak-quarry-in-cape-town-has-a-vacancy-for\/","title":{"rendered":"Afrimat Mining Services Peak Quarry in Cape Town has a vacancy for:"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Site Clerk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Qualification\/Experience:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to build and maintain client relationships internal and external, on all levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to work accurately with exceptional attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer proficiency in MS Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities include (but not limited to the following):<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Execute general administrative duties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing procurement process, keep good track of orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diesel to be ordered on time and ensure correct quantities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with daily diesel dips and reports \u2013 ensure information is correctly recorded before submitting reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately keep record of load &amp; hauling of material<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time registers to be updated daily<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timesheets to be certified correctly and on time for month end payroll<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist HR with staff queries and paperwork as requested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain databases and filing systems up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Be prepared to work after hours when needed. Will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
