TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Admin) within the Trade Division at Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Process purchase order and invoices<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Receiving of stock<\/p>\n\n\n\n
General administration<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sorting and storage of goods<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Be willing to work overtime when required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adhere to health and safety requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Generate quotations to clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Generate invoices to clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Assist with stock taking and stock control<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Matric \/ Grade 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Computer literate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong administrative skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Valid drivers’ license<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience in agricultural parts sales (advantageous)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Must be hardworking and be able to work under pressure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sound product knowledge and selling skills (advantageous)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
