Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Use hand-held scanners and other equipment to ensure accurate inventory management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Inspect products for any damages or defects and report any issues to the supervisor<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 High school diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Good communication and teamwork skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Flexible schedule and availability to work overtime as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
