The key purpose of this role is to operate the packaging process to achieve minimum variability in product quality and maximum yield while minimizing waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Products and key responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Operation of the packaging process.
Machine operation: starting, stopping, running Running (including waste management)
Brand and Pack Changes
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Thorough cleaning and top notch maintenance
Process performance monitoring
Carrying out quality controls
Monitoring of the production process and control of inputs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Take corrective action
team participation
Communication with customers and suppliers.
Contributing to problem solving<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Profile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Certificate of Enrollment Grade 12
Ability to work shifts
Experience working in a packaging process environment.
Alert and rapid response to situations out of control.
Attention to details
