GSS People Services\u2019 vision is to create an improved partner experience with the business to create best in class service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Job Description:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT ROLE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure the implementation and delivery of high quality service to customers and ensures the meeting of Service Level Agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LTP Officer position is responsible for administering activities that support and enable the effective delivery of the Learning and Performance service line in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KEY TASKS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learning and Development<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Processing and confirmation of Accommodation requests<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Processing of Attendance Registers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co-ordination of Site Inductions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Processing of new\/renewal of licenses \u2013 bulk or individual<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Course Evaluation processing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting\u00ad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Publishing Content<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Performance Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bulk status changes as per the PM Calendar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talent Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Risk and operational reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tracking and reporting for service performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure effective peer auditing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Client Relationships<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Providing accurate information to support client queries<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respond to requests (prioritizing as appropriate), investigating problems and developing remedial plans to resolve queries that have been escalated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Report issues to your Coordinator that you can\u2019t address<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matric \/ Grade 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply for this role, please complete our online application form.
