A collaborator who works towards the common goal of the B2C division by managing the Communications team and relevant budget and ensuring that communication initiatives are implemented successfully.&nbsp; Ensure conformity across channels and instances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cb&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Continuously make data-driven improvements to messaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop content and creative assets (photos, videos, displays etc.) for the company\u2019s brand and associated language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop content and creative assets for the company\u2019s websites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to create the right content\/assets required for the website and consumer journey to move prospects effectively through the marketing funnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retail Account Management&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide creative content and assets for retail accounts to support customer acquisition strategies. Includes but is not limited to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cb&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Core copy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cb&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Videos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cb&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Photographs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cb&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In-store Displays<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cb&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Onsite banners<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting and Budgeting&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interpret and present feedback and figures on all communication-related marketing efforts (digital and traditional), driving optimisation in line with best practice standards and metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile realistic and strategic budgets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and report on budget spending, corresponding with resulting performance, driving optimization quarter by quarter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media: Report approval and analysis, incorporating learnings into social media strategy to consistently improve performance and drive engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Content Management&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create content for and across various platforms and all ancillary forms of marketing content required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the accuracy and consistency of all website copy content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the accuracy and consistency of all content that is distributed, internally and externally about the DTC product and other special projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with the marketing and digital team about content that needs to be updated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Social Media Management&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for the company\u2019s owned social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn for the DTC model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the social media coordinator to develop a strategy for social media management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the growth of the marketing reach in terms of social media interactions and followers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for ensuring that all social media channels are monitored and that comments and complaints are attended to as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Public Relations&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead media relations strategy development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Day-to-day management of the Media Relations agency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with the agency to prepare media materials and press briefings for Senior Executives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft and release press releases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build, maintain, and manage relationships with journalists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and execute DTC product launches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and execute large-scale events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage logistics and events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and schedule external suppliers and resources including printers, photographers, videographers etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the public relations agency that supports our business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead all award efforts &#8211; identifying, submitting, and accepting awards.
