Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) presents an exciting opportunity within our Quality Assurance department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are searching for a talented individual with the relevant skills and experience to join us as a Quality Assurance Technician based in Midrand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reporting directly to the QA Manager, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, communicating, and maintaining a robust quality plan to ensure strict adherence to quality standards throughout the Supply Chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your expertise will be crucial in managing and upholding designated quality systems and standards while providing vital support and guidance to customers in handling quality-related matters to enhance overall performance in quality and productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Actively participate in and facilitate Quality Focused Improvement initiatives.
Prepare and issue comprehensive reports.
Offer dedicated support in Quality Assurance services.
Provide coaching and training to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conduct audits of work processes.
Delegate and monitor work activities effectively.
Resolve situational problems with ingenuity.
Manage personal development and performance.
Ensure line quality performance is at its best.
Serve as a quality requirement consultant for the line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oversee calibration and verification of measurement equipment.
Attend daily MDT meetings to contribute to continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Attributes and Competencies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proficient in computer operations.
In-depth knowledge of quality control practices and principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Familiarity with bottling principles and processes.
Excellent product handling and knowledge.
Skills, Experience & Education:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
B Tech or 3 years Diploma in Food Technology or Science Degree.
Minimum of 5 years of quality control experience in the FMCG sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Successful completion of CAP (Continuous Assessment Program) in your current role.
