Reasonable Accommodations will be made to enable suitably qualified persons with disabilities equal access to employment as set out in the Sibanye-Stillwater Disability Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimum Required Qualification:<br>Level 5: Higher Certificates and Advanced National Cert Trade and Occupational Qualifications Manufacturing, Engineering and Technology<br>The Appointee should:<br>Completed Trade Test &#8211; Certified Competent as Electrician<br>At least 1 years\u2019 experience in a related role<br>Medically fit to work in the specific business area.<br>Clear security screening record.<br>Must be able to do standby and overtime<br>Valid driver\u2019s license (if applicable).<br>Additional Requirements:<br>None<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Maintenance Achievement of safe production performance levels through the effective maintenance of equipment \u2022 Attend and conduct Safety meetings. \u2022 Conduct and participate in risk assessments. \u2022 Allocate tasks to subordinates. \u2022 Attend to breakdowns and emergencies as required. \u2022 Ensure that material, spares and equipment are available as required. \u2022 Ensure proper and adequate on the job training and coaching is provided to subordinates. \u2022 Comply to environmental requirements. \u2022 Exercise judgment with regards to replacement of components. \u2022 Maintains a high quality of work. \u2022 Provide information in a timely and accurate manner. \u2022 Record results of all legal examinations in the appropriate format. \u2022 Work in a sequence that prioritises work requirements. \u2022 Completing job cards and description of work and spares used (PM\u2019s). \u2022 Performing work to the required standards and specifications. \u2022 Applying appropriate tools to complete tasks.<br>Operations \u2022 Assist in establishing programs to minimise unplanned downtime on critical equipment. \u2022 Participate in cross functional teams to address cleaning, lubrication and first line maintenance functions. \u2022 Participate in the development of RCM-based task lists for all key equipment. \u2022 Participate in failure analysis techniques for cross functional teams. \u2022 Analyse maintenance history to identify recurring failure patterns. \u2022 To ensure that preventive actions are implemented to ensure effective maintenance programs. \u2022 Make formalised recommendation to the Engineers, Foremen and GESs. \u2022 To ensure that maintenance schedules are agreed upon by production and engineering. \u2022 Ensure that capacity planning is done on a daily basis, which includes both preventative as well as corrective maintenance tasks \u2022 To ensure that all work is controlled through work orders and that all information loops are closed. \u2022 Liaise with Supervisors to confirm that all technical manuals and documents are up to date and stored in a Technical Library. \u2022 Participate in new equipment specifications. \u2022 To participate in on-site and company RCM development and review for primary production equipment. \u2022 Determines, in conjunction with Supervisors, that all facilities and tools are adequate for basic maintenance tasks. \u2022 Assist with any other additional ad-hoc engineering tasks\/projects as required.<br>Stakeholder Relations \u2022 Maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation \u2022 Ensuring open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders. Financial Management Cost Savings: \u2022 Adhering to cost saving and cash conservation initiatives. Building a values-based organisational culture \u2022 Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organisational development plan. This support will manifest in the targeted shift in culture as described by a valid culture assessment.
