We’re excited to announce the opening of a brand-new restaurant in Kloof, and we’re looking for passionate, dedicated, and experienced individuals to join our growing team. Our new establishment will offer a refined yet warm and welcoming dining experience, and we are currently hiring for the following positions:


1. Waiters / Waitresses

Are you customer-focused, energetic, and ready to deliver top-tier service with a smile? We are looking for experienced front-of-house staff who can provide an exceptional dining experience to every guest. A good memory, excellent communication skills, and a polished, professional attitude are essential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine preferred
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Back of House (Kitchen Staff)

Behind every great restaurant is a dedicated kitchen team. We are looking for experienced back-of-house staff, including:

  • Line Cooks
  • Prep Chefs
  • Grillers
  • Dishwashers
  • Stock Controllers

If you have a passion for food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen (minimum 1–2 years)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Team player with a positive attitude

3. Management Positions

We are also seeking motivated and experienced individuals for restaurant management roles. If you are a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to help shape the culture and success of our new restaurant.

Roles include:

  • Restaurant Manager
  • Assistant Manager
  • Front of House Manager
  • Kitchen Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to oversee all aspects of service and operations
  • A hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence
