Our new establishment will offer a refined yet warm and welcoming dining experience, and we are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Waiters / Waitresses
Are you customer-focused, energetic, and ready to deliver top-tier service with a smile? We are looking for experienced front-of-house staff who can provide an exceptional dining experience to every guest. A good memory, excellent communication skills, and a polished, professional attitude are essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food and wine preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Back of House (Kitchen Staff)
Behind every great restaurant is a dedicated kitchen team. We are looking for experienced back-of-house staff, including:
- Line Cooks
- Prep Chefs
- Grillers
- Dishwashers
- Stock Controllers
If you have a passion for food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen (minimum 1–2 years)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Team player with a positive attitude
3. Management Positions
We are also seeking motivated and experienced individuals for restaurant management roles. If you are a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to help shape the culture and success of our new restaurant.

- Restaurant Manager
- Assistant Manager
- Front of House Manager
- Kitchen Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality management (minimum 3 years)

- Ability to oversee all aspects of service and operations
