  • To be eligible for Afrika Tikkun’s Contact Centre Learnership 2023, applicants must have a matric certificate and be between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • They must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is not required, but it is an advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to commit to the full duration of the program, which is 12 months.
