The key purpose of this role is to operate the packaging process to achieve minimum variability in product quality and maximum yield while minimizing waste.
Products and key responsibilities:
Operation of the packaging process.
Machine operation: starting, stopping, running Running (including waste management)
Brand and Pack Changes
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Thorough cleaning and top notch maintenance
Process performance monitoring
Carrying out quality controls
Monitoring of the production process and control of inputs.
Take corrective action
team participation
Communication with customers and suppliers.
Contributing to problem solving
Profile:
Certificate of Enrollment Grade 12
Ability to work shifts
Experience working in a packaging process environment.
Alert and rapid response to situations out of control.
Attention to details
problem solving ability
