Role description
ABSA 4 – COBOL Mainframe Learnership Programme
- Cohort size: 15
- Location: Gauteng – Johannesburg – Braamfontein
- Programme type: 6 months training + 6 month workplace internship
- Streams: COBOL Mainframe
Minimum programme criteria:
- Provide your certificate of highest academic achievement.
- Have no criminal record and a clean credit history.
- Meet the minimum requirements
- Either self-taught and/or had prior IT training.
- Competent in current technologies and have a desire to follow a career in IT.
- South African nationality.
- Between the age range of 18 to 35 years old.
- Be under or unemployed at the time of application.
- Able to attend full-time training Monday to Friday
- Able to commit to the full 12-month program and committed to completing it.
- Must be a transformed/EE candidate
Role requirement
